Forms

A completed Release and Medical History Form are due for every single participant (including your organization’s staff) no later than two (2) weeks prior to a program. Participation in the program is not allowed with out this submission. For liability and safety issues, we cannot accept release forms the day of the program. Anyone arriving at the Outdoor Education Center without these forms previously submitted will be required to leave the premises immediately. A complete list of participants and leaders are required to be sent with the Release/ Medical History Forms.

Policies

Reservations and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit to equal 1/3^rd of the total contracted amount is due two (2) weeks after a phone or written reservation in order to reserve dates, unless other arrangements are made. The remaining 2/3^rd balance for the program will be due four (4) weeks prior to the program. All dates will be communicated clearly to the client, both verbally and in writing.

*Note: If the program is scheduled less than four (4) weeks away, the non-refundable deposit is due within 5 business days and the remaining 2/3^rd balance is due within 10 business days.

Cancellations and Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds for the remaining contracted amount are as follows:

-100% refund if cancellation occurs eight (8) weeks or more before program dates;

-50% refund if cancellation occurs three to eight weeks prior to program dates.

No full or partial refunds are given otherwise.

*Note: If you have participants cancel at the last minute (which often happens), we cannot give partial refunds for them.
